Absolutely HORRIBLE location. 9 times outta 10 the order takes forever and then is wrong and the times it's correct the chicken is burnt solid and disgusting. This location has been this way for 7 years at least. And it's DISGUSTING in there. Never fully staffed and the staff they do get are lazy and RUDE ! I'd give it negative stars if I could.

employees are always so patient, a bonus for me at times! lol. as usual, they got my order ready for me faster than the McDonald's on Georgia Avenue. Drive thru line here moves pretty quick, too! definitely check it out if you're short on cash and time!!

Kayla was my server. She was at the drive up window at 1:45 P.M. Thursday the 26th of May 2022. Let me say that I completely fumbled my order in about 17 different ways. She made every correction for me with a big smile and even welcomed me back. Outstanding service, I have never been impressed by any fast food service until today. Great Job Kayla!

Please close your store. I have come now to twice to sit at the drive thru and drive around to the window to get no service on Saturdays. Today, I saw a worker loaded up a back seat with food and he just looked at me. If your staff doesn’t work at 9:15pm, change your hours and close.

Wow where do I start. To begin with customer service wasn't so great but I got pass that. I purchased the crispy chicken combo for $6.99 + tax=$7.69 for my son on June 5, 2020 around 3:15 p.m. Of course I got my money back but I assured the manager I will not be coming back to this location and let her know this wasn't fit for a dog to eat!!!! **Pics can be seen on their photos.

Not only an attitude, but never ask for your bacon to be I little crispy. Cause I guess that they spit you for asking for anything extra that they don't cook the bacon at all
