If there were negative stars that's what they would get. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for years. Never had a problem until tonight.(5-25-22 10:07 pm). I have my order and I asked did they get what I ordered. When I pulled up to the window I asked did they get the order.. And of course she didn't get everything I ordered. So I repeated it. I pay for the things and then I hear a cook bring the first things up and she said if they don't order at the speaker they don't get it. I informed her that it wasn't my fault that she didn't hear me. She continues to have an attitude. I ask the girl is she a Manager she said yes. I asked her name and she looked scared and closed the window. I see her bringing the next order and looks at me with an attitude. I asked again what's her name with no response. I pull off. I'm the parking lot I see an employee and ask what's the managers name and he said Michelle. Wow. I've been in the restaurant business for over 30 years managing them. I'm appalled how this went. Especially since I just got done working an 11 hour shift. Really was no excuse for this.

Fast food Mexican restaurant food is good that could be a little more generous with the food itself for the price you pay. They're efficient quick to grab a bite. Their menu prices is as high or higher as an authentic sit-down Mexican restaurant. If not for that would be a five star rating

Lunch time depends on how they feel that day. Didn't have beef or steak. How tf does that even happen? The people are always nice and my order is always right, though.

Ordered steak fries and they gave me them with no steak twice. My mom ordered a chicken power bowl and they gave it to her with no chicken. Everything was cold and the employees were very incompetent.

Love the folks here, they’re always so polite whenever I come through and they always get our order right.

Horrible experience made my order over the window with this young woman who was haveibg a bad day and called me a Mexican when I ordered more then 8 tacos took my food drove home 20 mins away when I get home the lady gave me the wrong food for me and my kids never will come back again and expect a lawsuit for racism

did not give ANY sauces when 20 sauces are clearly on the receipt. rude customer service and lazy employees. teach your employees to count, read and follow directions.

Another lady and I were waiting for our order and I looked at my receipt, it had been 12 minutes! There was nobody else waiting and it was at least 5 more minutes before we got our food!
