I walked in with my family. The cook directly across the counter had his butt hanging out! I MEAN FULLY!!! Showing his bright blue boxers to the world. Shameful and gross.😔 I have been here before. It isn't exceptional, but this was too much. Needless to say. We went elsewhere.

Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, and the North Augusta Wendy’s is great! I would just advise you to not go after 10:30pm if you are in a hurry, as sometimes it can take a while to be served. But even when this happens, the staff are always striving to please their customers and do their best!!!

Nothing like being super excited about a meal to get home only to realize that over half your order is wrong. Not only that but I had to make a second trip through the drive thru because items were missing. $35 later and highly disappointed.

"it's not about when we close, it about we don't have enough employees"
Apparently they don't have enough staff to maintain the posted hours. They were closed 2 hours early but still had all the lights on. Foods always good though otherwise.

I hated the service at n.augusta martintown rd. They gave me cold nuggets and fries. When I went back through the line for fresh ones, they dropped the same fries in the grease so therefore they were hard, crispy and darn near burned. It was alot of young teenagers in the kitchen as if they had no adult supervision and for that reason, I won't be visiting this one again. Edgefield rd has a Wendy's and I have no problems there. It's also located in N.Augusta.

It was for the kids. Busy but friendly service. Only thing for me was a salad but you pay regular price even if you omit the meat.

We got the biggie bag the fries was warm the nuggets seem like they 4hrs old. And the lady at the window didn't speak and was more worried about talking to her coworkers about what's happening When the get off. And I didn't get a receipt!

How this place has a 3.8 is beyond me! If you want to wait a long time and get the wrong food, or missing food, then this is the place for you! Then, you get stuck in the drive thru so even if you change your mind youre still stuck.
