Dunkin'

Not sure who the younger women were in the morning/early afternoon that were on shift, but they were honestly probably some of the rudest girls I've ever encountered in customer service. Right off the bat I couldn't hear her repeat my order and I asked her to repeat she said, she screamed it back at me, and I'm not even exaggerating. Both the cashier and the girl on the headset were equally as awful. I was honestly shocked! The sign says "under new management". The management and branch owner needs to hire new employees, I'd rather wait longer with better customer service because these snide girls are driving customers out. Never ever again.

1 star because of an employee Anthony who is extremely rude and yells at people in the drive thru ! If you want to be miserable that’s on you but don’t take your attitude to work because it brings down the whole business WHICH you clearly care about because you almost took my friends life over a 2.00 donuts that’s not even your direct profit slow down killer get ya head right.

Does this place even try? Always avoid this place. They always get order wrong. This is the worst dunkin I've ever been to. Out of timing desperation I reluctantly went. Got a cup with a sticker on the inside! Not sure how you dont notice since never worked at one but given their history pretty sure they just are terrible at what they do and dont give a damn.

If I could give a ZERO I WOULD!! I had the worst coffee of my life from this place yesterday.... should have thrown it out the window!! I ordered HOT COFFEE and it was COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tasted terrible too!!!! I stopped DRINKING DD AND haven't visited a store in over a year.... YOU HAVE LOST A REGULAR COFFEE DRINKING CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I MAKE BETTER COFFEE AT HOME.
