I ordered a breakfast bagel and it was super delicious! Everyone was super friendly and the girl at the cashier was very nice about answering our questions about the menu. My only complaint was no hot sauce :(

Although this place is constantly hustling and bustling. It's a great environment everyone is always friendly. Service is always amazing & everyone is kind. Had an issue and multiple managers stepped in to correct it & fixed the issue without any hassle. Definitely recommended this Panera

The chicken thighs on the Citrus Asian Crunch Chicken Salad were swimming in soy sauce so therefore so was the salad. I ordered dressing on the side but the soy totally over powered the entire thing- inedible! And the Mango smoothie had NO MANGO! It was white- tasted like milk and yogurt- disgusting! I’m giving 1 star for the prompt delivery.

At 6.12On Saturday morning, my girlfriend and I went to this shop with great pleasure, but we met the worst service in my life. The person in charge of the front desk on that day was too rude and arrogant. How could such a well-known chain store hire such a person is beyond my comprehension! A breakfast affected my mood all weekend.

My daughter ordered and paid for a breakfast to be delivered to my wife on Mother's day 2022. The breakfast was not delivered. When I phoned Panera I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then told I should call back because "We're very busy here." I reminded the manager "Judith" that I was a customer also. When I called back no one answered despite repeat attempts on my part. No breakfast for Mom...no refund...no courtesy. Boo.

I normally love panera & have been a rewards member for years. This is by far the worst panera I've ever been to and I got sick after having half of a broccoli cheddar soup. So disappointing because all of the other paneras I've been to have been great and I've never had a problem

Disappointing take-out tonight. I ordered 1/2 teriyaki sandwich. Wrong bread, no cilantro, tiny piece of chicken. Couldn't pick up sandwich as bottom bread was too soggy. Pretty terrible all around!

With the order ahead option it is very easy to purchase your meals and pick up relatively fast. Parking can be a bit of a hassle as there are usually a lot of people in that plaza. Customer service is top notch and greet you as soon as they’re available (if there is a line and you’re just standing on the side waiting for your to-go order). For those who are dining in the place is clean and well spaced.
