Delicious coffee! I needed a pick me up since I literally hadn't slept in over 25 hours.
We decided to drive through Dunkin Donuts 🍩.
It was fast, ez, clean, with absolutely DE-LISHOUS Coffee! 💯! I asked for cream & Splenda. I'm glad that I looked at the screen. It said
•3 cream
•3 splenda!
Can u imagine having THREE Splenda? YIKES! 😃😅. It was an honest mistake. I told her b4 she made it, she adjusted the order & it came out absolutely perfect 🥰.
BTW, I bought a medium coffee for about $3. It was quite small yet hot & so tasty! Mmm.
It did the trick. The coffee woke me up for the 40 min ride home then for another hour after that. If you ask me, that was worth every bit of $3 😃😁

The good is that they are consistent with the product results. They are well trained in how to make a consistent product. I've ordered a variety of the drinks offered from latte's to refreshers and the drinks they deliver are constantly good. They are probably the most consistent and best at making drinks in the Berkshires. So what I'm going to say next is why I took a star away. I wish some of the morning staff would be friendlier. Once you do talk to them they are friendly but they definitely need to work on the facial expressions because they look miserable. So it throws the good vibes off but I will give them credit that they are friendly when they are speaking to you.

Order was taken promptly upon entering store, but then waited over 5 mins for someone to come make my order cuz they were busy socializing with off duty employees, then find out they didnt have the bagels i wanted so had to choose something that i didnt really care for. Overall employees were polite an store was clean, just should be on top of out of stock items an not make customers wait for order so they can have a conversation with someone that could have waited
