While this store is usually pretty well stocked and quick in-and-out service, the staff attitude often leaves something to be desired. While they do have a couple of great workers (the right balance of conversational and move quickly), there are a few that are just rude no matter what — talking to each other, on the phone, not making eye contact whatsoever, you name it. I am guilty of sometimes being on the phone during checkout, but I never let that stop me from engaging with the person conducting the checkout, because I’m trying to not be rude. As the customer, I’d expect the employees that are serving me to show the same courtesy.
