Always enjoy visiting this store. The staff are very courteous and polite. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, I only had to wait a few minutes for my order.

I'm fine with portion control when I'm given the size option, but for that amount I expected a fuller bowl.. All I did in this picture was remove the item from the bag, curse loudly
This is a nice, spacious Panera Bread. I had a really pleasant interaction with the assistant manager, who congratulated me after he saw my newborn baby with me. Another staff member congratulated me as well and it’s nice to experience kindness like that during an impromptu Panera visit.
The service was not good. The cashier threw the recipe at us. He didn't order my daughter's sandwich correctly so the prep person gave her attitude for giving her the wrong sandwich. It's not her fault the cashier didn't put it in right. I gave a 3 because the food was amazing but the service needs
I don't really write reviews but I'm sharing this to warn others: check your salad before leaving with your order. I got a chicken ceasar salad that had fatty chicken pieces and a ton of bad lettuce. Ended up tossing the whole thing. Too grossed out by slimey lettuce.

Great place, however when I ordered a strawberry frozen lemonade I was directed to get a cup and fill it from the tank? First time here so I was kinda confused about the drink situation and where the frozen drinks come from.
