Panera Bread

Always enjoy visiting this store. The staff are very courteous and polite. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, I only had to wait a few minutes for my order. They have a great selection of bagels, breads, and pastries. They have a nice well rounded menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

This location looks more opened space than other locations where I have been. The service of my mobile phone order was speedy. There was no contact with any staffs so that I don't have any opinion about the service quality of their staff. Because of the reason, it took a little while to find the location of picking up my coffee....so it's four stars.

I'll start by saying the food pictured was delicious. However, this was priced a bit over $10 yet this is the portion. I'm fine with portion control when I'm given the size option, but for that amount I expected a fuller bowl.. All I did in this picture was remove the item from the bag, curse loudly after seeing it, place my fork down and sigh while taking this picture. My son's flatbread pizza also taste noticably stale.... I threw the entire thing out. If I lived closer I'd have raise hell. Overall that was a first and last visit.

The service was not good. The cashier threw the recipe at us. He didn't order my daughter's sandwich correctly so the prep person gave her attitude for giving her the wrong sandwich. It's not her fault the cashier didn't put it in right. I gave a 3 because the food was amazing but the service needs a lot of work.
