Charleys Philly Steaks

I ordered 4 sandwiches and got 3. When I called about it I was told it wasn't on the order. Then I was told the "chef" made it. I explained I didn't get it and was told I had to contact Doordash to get refund. Doordash refused to give me refund because I used google to order which meant the restaurant has to give the refund. But dd is giving the restaurant a refund. ? Called the restaurant back and was hung up on multiple times. These people are some kind scam artists. Don't believe it's a real restaurant. And the food sucks definitely not worth the money.

I ordered delivery from here today and was so disappointed to see that my drink was drank from. :( The lid and safety sticker were punctured from a straw, more than an inch of the drink was missing, and to top it off there was one less straw in the bag from my order. Among other things (which I didn’t care THAT much about) were that my order was slightly wrong, it was delivered an hour late, and my sandwich was soggy and cold. :(

I've been here like 3 times because I actually like the food (well more than the other mall food places). Its honestly the same problem every time I come in. Your staff is probably the slowest and unintelligent group to ever walk this earth. If I have to explain to someone with no language barrier between us 4 times I do no not want mayo, I think things have gotten out of hand. That's just one example, it's not hard to make a sandwich, it's not hard to take an order. If you hire better people and not the bottom of the bucket ill totally give you more stars, but until then; since I believe 2 is a high as your employees can count, that's all you get.

Apli the manager was very sarcastic , rude , and unprofessional. She had a sarcastic attitude and was racist. She should not be attending costumers . If she does not want to have her job there then give it to somebody else. Ridiculous I had to pay $17 for this type of treatment. Horrible experience will never come back
