Denny's

My experience at this Denny’s is always pleasant. In fact I’m satisfied with an Dennys I go to. We went for lunch on my son’s 13th birthday. He got a free meal and a shake. He was to excited lol. Unfortunately that day there was a problem with the AC, so there was no AC lol. However the servers and service was still great, even with no AC 🤣

the food is fine. but the person who attended us very bad service, asked us if we were ready and I told her that, my husband and I are ready, but my children, not yet and she told me no, she would take the order until the others were ready for him not, he came again to take 2 orders, I also asked him for an extra order, but it never came also when he took the food it took him 10 minutes to go see if we needed anything and I told him that the cutlery was missing. and she filled that when we were ready to leave she arrived and she wanted to be kind and attentive but her performance leaves a lot to say. I was also looking at another waitress and she was very attentive and courteous with the clients and each one. 5 to 7 minutes vat and ask them if they need anything. I hope that she will be a more attentive person with other customers.

Walked in and the lady at the register was just looking at us and didn’t say anything. I asked how long the wait is and she pointed to someone else. Very disrespectful then they put us in the corner when there were better places to sit. Took over 10 minutes for the server to come see us and then just asked what do you all want, no hello or anything. Horrible experience and I will never come back to this location ever again. Also, not the cleanest place either.

The host Pedro was very unprofessional, if you decide to work at a restaurant where tons of people come then you need to have customer service skills & he did not have that. Very rude, told me it was 35-40 minute wait put us down and I was trying to tell him how to spell my name and he said “ here “ as in you do it. Once he called me for my table he said “ do you want your table” I said “ yes” and he said “alright” and hung up did not even tell me it was ready or anything. Very inappropriate had a attitude and all. If you don’t like your job just don’t work there. Find somewhere new.
