Absolute trash. I have been here many times over the two years that I have lived close enough to consider it “convenient.” However, there have been multiple occasions where I wait over ten minutes just to place an order with only two or three cars ahead of me. Most of the time it takes ten to fifteen minutes to get to where I can pay for the food I’ve ordered. I’m not sure where this location has gone wrong, but, some where up the chain somebody just does not care what happens and it has made me not care about this location. Never going back.

Cleanest friendliest fast food I’ve been to in a long time. Employees were kind and fast! Brought the kids some activities and even refilled coffee at our table. Incredible service not expected and the food was well prepared. Highly recommend! And a clean play place :).

Worst wait times ever!!!! Literally every night it’s like they forget it’s fast food and the line wraps around the entire building and barely moves. Spent 30min stuck in the drive through waiting before I was able to just leave with the other 6 or 7 cars that were also stuck!! Hire more people!

The kids play place area is always dirty: food and drinks on the floor. The tables are always dirty. One mentions that to the workers and they only wipe the tables after a while of telling them. Definitely not the best McDonald’s in Norman OK. Also their kids play place is dirty as if it’s never been cleaned up inside, and that’s very important because is where kids all of ages 0-12 play!

The slowest place I have literally ever been at they literally have cars lined up take over an hour just for an order and I'm a Postmates delivery at that and I've been waiting in line for over an hour. I got sent back around because they didn't get the order until when I got to the window already they need a new night crew like go to the south side of Oklahoma City honey at least they care about there customers and are by far way faster and nicer.

The food here is less than decent, yet the service is absolutely horrible than usual. Do not come here unless you are willing to wait less than hour. There were 3 cars in line yet it took more than 2 hours to get our food.

Probably one of the best McDs between Norman and Shawnee. Workers were very friendly, and dedicated to a good customer experience. The food was hot, fresh, and put together neatly. A refreshing change of pace.
