Today Easter 2022 my family and I came in And let me tell you… THANK YOU!! Thank you for being so understanding as my child ran sick across your lobby, thank you for not shaming her or I, thank you for being the sweetest to us even when we made your day a little harder. We truly enjoyed our lunch despite the little getting sick!! Thank you times a million!

OMG... I received a $25 gift certificate for the worst KFC experience in my life from the customer service to quality of food ever from Kentucky fried Chicken this restaurant right here gained my business back I appreciate you guys so much because you enhance my experience of KFC I went to the one on Alameda and was treated so poorly food was terrible I came to Lindsey and the manager made sure all my needs were addressed to the fullest quality of food was excellent the best KFC I've had in a long time I want you thank you guys so much please keep upholding the KFC brand of chicken especially the original because you cannot get that anywhere in the world and you guys made that clear and that's why I will go to your KFC for the rest of my life thank you so much

Edit: Went to drive thru and placed order. All was good. I didn't eat right away when I brought it home but others did. It was not until much much later that I discovered the order was wrong. I ordered a bucket meal, dark meat which was supposed to be legs and thighs. Disgusted they gave us legs and wings. No one asked if substitutions were okay. No one said we don't have thighs are wings okay. I'm rightfully very very angry. If they didn't have the requested pieces they should have said so and given me the chance to accept our change my order. I feel like I was lied to and charged for items i did not order. I believe they owe an apology and to replace the correct order at no charge but of course that's not going to happen. Shame, shame, shame on KFC! YOU OWE AT LEAST ONE FAMILY IN NORMAN AN 8 PIECE BUCKET WITH LEGS AND THIGHS! Not to mention the sides that came with the bucket meal but I would settle for fixing the bucket! This was a treat for my elderly parents who don't have a lot of money for things like this and YOU KFC on WEST LINDSEY in NORMAN OKLAHOMA CHEATED THEM OUT OF THEIR MONEY AND ENJOYMENT! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME! There was a problem processing payment and I snapped at drive thru window employee when asked for zip code attached to credit card. But as soon as she explained she was having to enter it manually i gave her the info she needed. Kudos to the manager who came to the window and explained that it might be an issue with the card even though I had already given requested info and apologized for my tone. Only thing left to say is while their French fries are out of this world tasty..... a large fry should not cost almost five dollars. But willing to pay it because my 84 year old father absolutely loves them! He deserves at his age to have what pleases him.

BEWARE! my bank card was skimmed from the young man working the drive thru window a week ago. Got hit for 1345.00 ALL wires from the scammer. My bank in Blanchard, OK "Legacy Bank" confirmed it was done at this KFC! Spent over $50 on food to get 1345.00 stolen. Most expensive chicken I've ever had! This is your warning folks.
