They're fairly quick at this location, even on weekends, the food is usually ready in about 10 minutes. Definitely take advantage of (Google) the specials and coupon deals for the best prices. Try their chicken alfredo (no vegetables, add cheese) You're welcome. The pockets (calzones) are also tasty and the cheesy bread is delicious. They're a bit unorganized and always have to adjust the (coupon/total) prices when you pick up the food, but it's good and fast service

Usually have a pretty good experience with the Pizza Shuttle off Alameda, not this time. Pizza was burnt. If it had not of been a delivery order, I would have walked back in the store.

The pizza isn't bad and overall pretty good. Pretty low prices as well for what you get. I personally don't like the red sauce they use and it is a bit grassy but overall a nice place to try out

The shop couldn’t figure out about our order we called in, never got the order. Didn’t seem too professional.
Update: we did eventually try it the next week and the food is really good but still experienced the same rude/unprofessional service. Pretty good food, but not so polite there.

Would give zero stars if I could. I called in order for pickup at 5:53 and was told would be ready in 25 minutes. We arrived at 6:25 to pickup our order and then had to wait another 30 minutes for our pizza to be ready. I don’t think they had even started cooking the pizza until we arrived. Very disappointed and will never go back to this store. No compensation whatsoever for their lack of professionalism. Will say the girl that brought out our pizzas did apologize. But will never order from them again.

Best location hands down! I just had a great experience here. I messed up on my order and they girl in the front helped me out and made some of the best cheezy bread I've ever had there. I also got to hear some great jokes. All around great place

I love Pizza shuttle the people are really friendly but they need to listen and repeat back the order I ordered a spaghetti last night with meatballs and they gave me cheese bread other than that I love it
