Fast service. Alex was super professional and polite. Thanks Alex! The food took only moments to receive. The only slightly negative or drawback was that the food was slightly under temperature and tasted as if it had been there for a while as opposed to Fresh Food. But that's what you get when you get fast service which is what McDonald's is all about so I don't guess I have much of a complaint.

Food was fresh and good. Came out quickly as well. The reason for the 3 stars is strictly due to the rude/disrespectful manager that took our order and essentially refused to speak to us, as I asked several questions and only received a glare the whole time. I would cut her slack for being pregnant, but it couldn't have had anything to do with that as we dined in and I saw how she was pleasant to everyone else that come through. I didn't do anything to earn such treatment either, as when my family walked in I said "Hi, how are you? I am tax exempt, so let me go ahead and let you have my card"

Not a big fan of this location. If they dont screw my order up I have to use my limited Spanish to communicate with an all Mexican staff. Furthermore the french fries are often undercooked, and McDs fries are half the reason I would ever go there!! Sorry guys, I will take my money down the road a Waze. You've reminded me what I hate about fast food and your service wasn't even that fast!!!

McDonald's is my favorite fast food burger joint I like burger king, but after quite a few weird marketing attempts I think McDonald is the best of the two, I like that the place is always clean when I arrive & there are always friendly employees working, me & my wife like to get a mcdouble & mcchicken & put them together we call it a mcdoublechick we've had many good memories at McDonald's & we don't have to worry about the king weirding us out.

Always a variety of food-types. Most stores are very helpful when ordering in person, but their Online Ordering is pretty easy, you get to jump the line by parking in designated spaces & having it brought-out to you. Plus, there's always good Deals thru their App!

This was a horrible experience! Took my grandkids there after church and the service was not the best. The wall where you get drinks was out of tea, I asked them 3 times to fix that and to add napkins and catsup, all to no avail! Fries were cold and my big Mac had to be taken back to be redone. It had so much"special sauce" that I couldn't take a bite without it falling apart and/or dripping everywhere. They did that with no problem, except everyone else had already eaten at my table! Won't make that mistake again!

This is the second time and different McDonalds in a month that I have received an undercooked burger. Both times I was told that it was due to change to fresh, not frozen beef. ??? Otherwise food ad service was OK.

I see why my husband doesn’t like this McD in Walmart Westside Norman. He asked for two egg McMuffins without Canadian bacon and was rung up as Canadian bacon only. The supervisor corrected it, bagged his order and handed it to me. I had been patiently waiting to give my order but neither worker asked me what I wanted. I had to say that is his order I still need to place my order. I had to wait for mine to be cooked. We were dining in and the supervisor carried two egg McMuffins in her hand rather than on a tray. She forgot my hash browns and if my husband hadn’t told her to bring it I a tray, I doubt she would have. Won’t be using this McDonalds again.
