Little Caesars

I stopped by little ceasars on October 9, 2021 and ordered two pizzas. A beef and a pepperoni. To start I had ordered the regular beef pizza and they charged me for the extra beef. Secondly when I got the pizza to the park were I was going to eat with my four children we noticed the pepperoni pizza was moldy. The pizza was returned and instead of talking to us one on one to avoid any issues the manager on duty said she would not step from behind the counter to discuss anything. She was the told of the mold on the pepperoni for which she responded “we make our dough crest daily” the pizza was shown to her and she saw the mold. She then decided to ask if we wanted another pizza. I will not eat there again. If I got one moldy pizza what’s to say I wouldn’t get another one. It was disgusting to say the least.

Pulled up at 12 and told the cashier I wanted stuff that was ready to go, she said it depends what you order. I asked for a pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza, and crazy bread. She said no problem, I paid. Figured she’d hand over my pizza. She said please pull around , it’ll be a 10 minute wait. I said, I told you I only wanted stuff that was ready to go. She said they never have sausage hot and ready. So I asked if I could switch it to a pepperoni then. She got the manager. Manager said only way to switch my order was to void the whole thing and re do it. And it would take 7 business days to get a refund on my card. Due to problems ive had in the past with refunds from them, I had no choice but to wait. Ridiculous. I understand they can’t always be stocked but I had made it clear when I ordered that I was in a hurry and needed stuff that was already made.

Placed my order with a gal that acted like I was interrupting her busy day. Ordered 3 pizzas and some crazy bread. She informed me that the crazy bread would be 5 minutes. I said that was fine. I paid for my order and she handed me my pizzas and as I was trying to ask her why she would give me my pizzas to get cold, she walked away to the back. I immediately looked at my watch to note the time. If someone quotes me a specific time, I expect them to abide by that time. After almost 10 minutes a different employee walked to the front and I asked him about my crazy bread. He looked confused. I did eventually get my crazy bread after 12 minutes. I took away 1 star for the cold pizza, 1 star for waiting 12 minutes for crazy bread, and 1 star for the terrible customer service.
