I am working across the street with Dominion power on a Sunday morning they are the only location near me that is open however the store will not allow anyone to use their restroom. We've got 25 people some coming in to purchase water sodas various breakfast items and they're extremely rude and inconsiderate

I understand the location is going to bring in certain type of people but that doesn't mean the staff has to be unprofessional and rude. Today they were yelling/playing around while I'm waiting for service. After I pay, she continues playing around and I had to lean down to pull out my bag from underneath the protector. I wish they would get a new crew of people.

Worst 7-11 in Hampton Roads. They won’t help you and leave you at the register all the time while they do other things. The guy behind the register was coughing too and didn’t even have a mask on ... while making pizzas.

This store violates the Covid mask policy all day, every day. While in the store this evening, three adult customers without masks were served. Three adults entered with masks on but their noses and mouths were not covered. They had three children, none of whom had masks on. When I asked the clerk why she wasn’t requiring masks, she said “I don’t want trouble.” The owner obviously doesn’t care about his customers or his employees. Avoid this store!

Ok...I walk to work (5am) and I walk at least ten minutes out of my way to go to this 7 11 for some fresh hot coffee and to my surprise that is not what I get. This is my third time going to this store hoping that it would be a different worker who cares about serving the public and it seem like the it's the same worker. Today my coffee taste stronger than before and have an odd taste to it like if he's not emptying out all the old coffee and adding fresh coffee to it. I will not be going back there, three times and it's always the same not again.

Great selection of your typical convenience store items. There are some characters here - beggars outside the front and sometimes the staff behind the counter can get sassy so this place is not for the timid!
