The restaurant appeared clean and the waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was delivered quickly and was cooked well.
I, personally, didn’t find the steak as good as some other places, but everything was good. $20+ for a lunch seemed high, but prices have increased everywhere lately.
The music was a little loud and the table at the booth was very high making it a little awkward.
Overall, the service and food were both good, but I have found other steakhouses at a comparable price better.

Never been to this Applebees before. The inside was cool and clean. Our waitress was great! Thank you Becky. My only gripe was the bathroom was disgusting. Felt like it has never been cleaned. You expect to see a mean bathroom gross, I mean we owe on everything but this was a different level.

Ordered catering for teachers appreciation a day in advance (just for 18 people), order was late and the manager was rude on the phone, when we got the order the spinach artichoke dip had spilled everywhere. The other food tasted fine just cold and the packaging was not reheat friendly

Food was bad old and manager was unaccommodating. Salad was old nasty!!! The onion rings were burnt dose not come close to the pictures on the menu!!! The manager never replaced my foods nore did he try to refund my card!!! Just not worth going there!!! Customer service is poor!!! They dont care for customer service at all!!! Nasty place!!! There employees eat up there food and drinks all there drinks before you get served or seated??? virginia beach va location is much better!!! great food and customer service is there priority and will exchange your food anytime the cook there is just great!!!

We had a party of like 10 and the waitress was so patient and organized while attending to so many people. The food was delicious and they even had a Halloween themed drink menu that was delicious BTW. Nice place to go for a get together or just to hang out at the bar to watch the game and have a drink.

Atmosphere is great always great there’s always sports on! Affordable meals, quickly served, and I’ve never needed a reservation. This id my daughter and I favorite healthy dinner meal spot after school or a bball game!

We had an attentive server who was immediately on hand to take our drink orders. Our food was served in an acceptable amount of time. The food was great. I ordered quesedillas and they were crispy and full of ingredients.

My salad had hair in it. Onion soup came with no soup just melted cheese, steak was tough. This place known for alcohol drinking. I would not recommend this place, I'm not going back.
