Ihop

Ordered the steak tips (medium rare) with eggs and hash browns....the steak tips were not medium rare and had the texture of stew meat, which ya know stuff happens, I get it. But the fact that I found a piece of cardboard in my mushrooms is where I draw the line. Quality control at this restaurant is highly questionable. The only reason they got 2 stars is because they got my order correct (minus the medium rare).

Our waitress, Ebony was so friendly and so welcoming! Our food was great and service was beyond exceptional! I will gladly come back soon. Everyone employee we were in contact with was very sweet. Our waitress left a sweet note on our receipt, this is the best service and food me and my husband have encountered in a very long time! Thankful for places that still have good customer service! ❤️

Ordered via app, arrived 10min after the estimated time for readiness (so I wouldn't have to wait). Arrive at IHOP and confirm with app. Wait 10min no service. Attempt for the next 5min to call the phone number listed, busy the entire time. Go inside only to wait to be helped after 8min. Told they cannot find my order and told to wait even more. Food was ready and sitting to the side and finally brings it out to me waiting in the Dinning room. Failed to provide curbside services. Food was cold and fruit was frozen. Will not be ordering from here again

I was in Va for my brother's Funeral, was @ the viewing of his body on a Monday, my girlfriend and I had not eaten and we are seniors, so we thought going to have breakfast at around 2:30 p.m. wouldn't take to long, the place was empty but it still took forever to get breakfast, the server was pleasant but will never return to that IHOP. Visiting from out of town👎👎

I have never had a good experience at any ihop. My friend wanted to go and I tagged along, not only was there no one to seat us when coming in but they where all in the kitchen drinking there drinks and ignoring the guests in the dinning room. When we finally got seated after a member from our party went to the Kitchen and said something to them they took our order and we sat in the booth for at least 30 min before they even brought our drinks. By this time we are the only people in the dinning room and still have gotten no service. Would not recommend this ihop to anyone… my opinion is that this ihop be closed and turned into something else if there staff refuses to do there jobs what’s the point……..
