This subway like the ones on Colley ave doesn't take subway coupons. Please go down to the ones just a mile away in tidewater and little creek. There's no excuse for those subways not too be excepting coupons. Also both of those subways have rude employees.

I want to start off this review by thanking God, Yahweh, Allah, Buddha, and all of the Hindu gods that the day I went there were employees there who just wanted to do their job and talk to the customers with respect. There are so many 1 & 2 starred reviews for this location!
The store was clean, staff great, and my sandwich came out tasting great to my order. I ordered the tuna sandwich with bacon, jalapenos, salt, pepper, and had it toasted. Delicious! You should try it!

I just ordered a turkey sub with tomatoes, onions, lettuce, oil and mayo. My sandwich has no onions or oil. I already didn't want to order from this location and I tried to order from another location but it automatically chose this location, so I was going to give them another chance. I probably won't ever visit this location or order from subway on door dash anymore. This subway needs work.

I placed the order for 7530 Tidewater Dr.,it was redirected to 7550 Granby St, Granby St doesn't have the personal pizza thus the reason I ordered from Tidewater Dr. I won't do any further ordering from subway.

The service was awesome by a younger dude. I paid with a debt card and wanted to tip the dude however debt cards don’t allow it. Y’all should update the system so the people working there can make a few extra bucks!

This is probably one of the worst subway locations in Norfolk. I was just in there on October 23, 2020 and the only thing I could say that was pleasant about the experience is the lady that was in front of me in line made me laugh with our conversation. I asked for a pizza. A gentlemen one with beautifully braided cornrows (can’t remember his name my apologies) that was less than enthusiastic - I was told that they no longer offered personal pizzas at Subway. I asked him if it was just his location and he said no. Although in my mind I knew this was incorrect information. I USUALLY go to the subway on Little Creek Road and tidewater drive next to UPS. I had just gotten one the previous week at that location and the week before that and the week before that.
I had happened to be in this area because I was at the Harris teeter in the same parking lot. After no luck with the pizza I tried to get a sub BUT the the same young man as before said they were out of Italian herbs and cheese (bread I wanted). So I said thank you I’m good wished everyone a good day and left happily with nothing. Thank God for the woman in front of me who was very humorous and got me through.
