Chick-fil-a

For chicken 🐔 lovers this is one of the best place. I have been to many food places and many places of chick FIL A, one major difference is in most of the places of chick FIL A the customer service is very good. They all serve with smile. I think it is a good practice and I feel very comfortable. I mentioned this point because in a few other food courts, I don't want to mention the names, but they talk back in a very harsh tone. Which is very uncomfortable. Especially, for many international students and people this is one of the best place. The chick FIL A sauce is ultimate. I feel the chick FIL A sauce is much better than jam to have a bread. The fries are so tasty, their bread is so good and chicken is so tender. Overall, for most out door food lovers this is one of the best place.

This place doesn't exist! There is no Chick-fil-A on Webb Circle unless it's inside Old Dominion but there is no sign, no appearance of a Chick-fil-A building ever being there, if it's inside Old Dominion shouldn't there be a sign, something, this drives me crazy because everytime you follow the directions to this Chick-fil-A there is no building, no sign, no parking lot, absolutely nothing!

How does this place have a 3.6? They never have any food prepared and when they do its garbage. I literally just got burnt left over crust when I grabbed a box of nuggets. Another time I got a sandwich with two bottom buns. The food in general just seems to be in poor care, which explains why they fail most of their inspections. If I could, I'd give it zero stars but it gets one because there is one older employee who is always nice to me. Tbh half the reason I go there is because how nice she treats me. It actually makes my day slightly better when you just get treated poorly by everyone around you/fast food employees.

This Chick-fil-A is definitely different from any of the other ones that I have ever visited. The customer service is poor and the presentation of the food was just awful. When you say, "Thank You", they dont say, "My Pleasure" or anything. They need to be trained because they did not represent Chick-fil-A in a good way at all.
