If I could give no stars that’s where I would start this pregnancy filled disappointment of a late night snack. The pickle fries were more soggy than my shirt after I cried inconsolably to my husband; only after to find my corn dog having come out on the losing end of a battle with what I can assume was wolverines. To top it off my trooper of a husband, found his sandwich has also been touched by some sort of rage monster. Thank the gods that the popcorn chicken our dog ate happen to be up to his standard though, he’s a tough critic.

Waited 20 minutes at a ordering booth after pressing the button. No one answered, no one acknowledged me. No one went inside or came through the drive through the whole time. I was the only customer there. Drove by to see if there was anyone inside. Sure enough, everyone on their phones and talking to each other. Not the first time it’s happened to me at this sonic. Would not recommend at all.

Food arrived cold and missing majority of my fries. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this location. Very disappointing to get a meal Large and then see little to no fries.

We came to this Sonics to grab a meal and we pushed the button. The drive through was super busy so we waited patiently. No one acknowledged us, we waited a good 15 to 20 minutes because we thought they might be swamped with orders. They did not get back to us. The same thing happened to another car parked one space over from us.

We love Sonic chocolate shakes. So good. And I usually have an order of fries, as well. They are always hot and fresh!

Since they don’t want to answer their phone I guess I’ll message here.
Every time I come to this location I have a bad experience. If you go to the stalls you’ll wait forever while they move the drive thru.
Tonight we went through the drive thru and 4 cars in a row were parked, including us. When we got home we realized we were missing a shake that was $6.79.
I’ve called the store 4 times with no response. I’d like a credit or my money back.

I ordered inside. The staff was not professional at all. They were hootin and hollerin all throughout the back. Maybe there was an argument, idk, but they were very loud. I took my food to-go. I got the chili cheese coney and my hotdog was burnt black on one side but the chili wasn't very warm. The rest of the food was ok enough.
