Consistent with what I've come to expect from any Firehouse location. Friendly see ice and a good sub that they bring to your table. Where did all the hot sauces go?

Quality of food is consistant to other locations but staff could need some training on hospitality. They do have the universal Coke machine and kids meals. They gave us a toy , a bulid your own firetruck. But besides that great experience for a 4 year old obessed with firetrucks!

I love Firehouse subs, but this branch was literally out of 4 sandwiches: Chicken gyro, smokehouse brisket, Italian and meatball. I asked them why they were even open and came to one in Lilburn. It was 30 minutes out of my way, but I was craving Firehouse. This one is right next to my house and it would be great if management could get ingredients for their menu. The branch in Lilburn had everything so it cannot be a Covid logistics issue. Please get your act together

Absolute bottom-tier Firehouse Subs. They have to be freestyling it because I've eaten New York Steamers at Firehouses across the country and never been served one that tasted as OFF as the two I've been served here. It's a completely different sandwich! If you want to go open a mom and pop sandwich shop with your knock-off steamers, by all means please do that. Just leave Firehouse Subs' name off of it.

I eat here. Food has always been great. But today was messed up. Should of know by how the store looked today. It was so empty with signs about the vendors not bringing them food but y'all can@least make sure what u do have was in good condition. It was the only thing i ate today b4 throwing it up 1hr after i ate it. Smh.

Probably the best hot sub chain. Ingredients are always fresh, and the bread is perfect! Like any chain restaurant, some have better service than others, and this one was a little slow on the last visit, but may be short staffed. Excellent meal regardless.

First time going to the one inTucker. First impression I got was that the trashcan out front was full and trash was all over the sidewalk. The 🗑️ inside was full as well. Tables didn't look cleaned. Ordered an Italian sub to go. Toppings I order were ok except that I didn't order oil on it. There was so much oil that the bread was soggy which ruined the sub. There was plenty of meat on it. Waited 20 minutes for the food. Also ordered a large chili which seemed small to me. No crackers were included. A lot of the staff seemed new.

The food was good like it usually is at firehouse subs but the customer service lacking and the barbecue sauce on my sandwich was space and on the side of the sandwich instead of inside I would also avoid the Mac and cheese it wasn't even halfway decent
