Krystal

Came to this Krystal location at 9:50pm from the other Krystal location on Holcomb bridge. There seems to be some sort of “boycott” or whatever? None of these Krystal locations stay open the hours that are listed. Every employee I’ve seen inside these locations, stare at you as if you have no business being there. What’s really good Krystal? Update 6-4-22: So I decided to give this Krystal location another shot and boy oh boy what regret I have! My boyfriend and I went to Krystal at 9:30am to get some quick breakfast before a road trip, we wanted their original breakfast scramble, they’re out of grits. Then we decided to order the country fried steak biscuit, they’re out of white gravy but we ordered it anyway. That should’ve been my cue to just drive off but we got the biscuits anyway. About 20 minutes on the highway, I opened the wrapper, the biscuits were burnt on both sides. I told myself to hell with it and gave the top of the biscuit to the fur babies (they enjoyed it since it was crunchy) and I added strawberry jam to the top of the steak to eat it with one side of the biscuit. Man oh man when I took a bite out of this steak….THE MEAT WAS SPOILED!!!! I threw up on my steering wheel and had to pull over!! You wouldn’t notice it until you bit into the steak! I’m truly over Krystal and it’s entire franchise. This has been ridiculous. All of their staff at each and every restaurant are just horrible. I really should sue.

I decided to use the APP to place my dinner order. The time stamp said see you in 16 minutes. I go into the restaurant and my order was sitting on the counter with other receipts. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. Do not use the app the staff is too lazy to get the orders off the machine and fill them. 🙄

So this is not reflective of the way I feel about this location as a whole, this is just about the meal i decided to buy. I got the shrimp po'boy meal and it sucks. The shrimp is not existent and the sauce is aggressive.. i did get some free chili cheese fries out of it and the person was super nice. DO NOT GET THIS COMBO!!!

This place is inconsistent. I'm at the drive thru and it's 5:40 pm. No one answer and I've been waiting around 7 minutes. Sometimes the debit / credit card machine doesn't work. It's the year 2022 and not a lot people carry cash on them. Then about 9 times out of 10 it's. Someone with a attitude problem taking your order. This restaurant needs to be under new management.

Ordered around 6:30pm during the week and was told my sackful of Krystals would take extra time because they had to "warm up the grill." Got my order 20 minutes later and it was short a Krystal Chik. Dining room was closed, so only way to order is through the drive through. Krystal Pups although on the menu have been discontinued according to the staff.
