Long wait... Incorrect order. Food thrown together. That's why staff meeting updated training and reminders about quality is so important. This falls back on management to make sure your location is funning smoothly to keep the customers satisfied with at least the basics! The fries were extremely salty and the burger was thrown together.

Would give it more yet these kids that work here make it hard to come back bc of the most simplest things to wait for. I ordered a burger, nuggets and two med 🍟. I had to pull over and wait for fries. They let 5 other orders go behind me. However I had to tell them to get my order which really uncalled for! Get it together

ordered my food, waited 15 minutes to get it and my fries were cold. asked for fresh fries and watched the workers talking and laughing. they handed me a bag with fries and they were the same fries they had given me. so I complained again and finally got fresh fries. I would not recommend this location to anyone until management gets it under control.

I have never been more ready to leave a McDonald's. We ate in and first, they gave our food to another customer. The receipt printer was out of paper so I had no proof of what I'd ordered. Then they gave me the wrong drink - soda instead of tea, quite the surprise at the first sip as I don't drink soda. Then we had to request sauce for the nuggets since that was forgotten. To cap it all off, both bathrooms were abysmal. The floor was soaking wet and slippery even in my tennis shoes. The stall I went into appeared clean enough, though similarly soaked, but there was no toilet paper, just a roll of paper towels perched far away on the changing table. To be fair, I should have checked before committing to that stall, but one typically expects toilet paper to be provided in all of them. Terrible experience, avoid eating in at all costs.

While out of town, we visited here bc it was close to the hotel. When I tell you this was a painful experience, I mean it. The absolute nightmare it was BOTH mornings trying to get breakfast here. The lady taking the order can’t read/call the order back correctly to save her life! Everything that was ordered (for 3 people) had to be called back and forth many times. It took all I had in me not to ask her if she was for real. The young guy at the window needs to remember people need straws with drinks and to look at his screen to see what drinks the people ordered. Both the lady and the boy were there both days and both days absolutely sucked there. The food was not the best. Biscuits dry.. but coffee was good. I’m so glad this is not the McDonalds near my home. I hope to never come back.

The car in front of us ordered perfectly fine and we were next and they tell us they r no longer taking orders.this was last night 4/25. It was only 10 pm .very unprofessional turn your exterior lights off or post a we are closed sign or have someone come out and notify the line where u r going to stop taking orders.

Very slow drive thru and kept getting my order wrong. Took over 20 minutes to get food. Big Mac and fries were good, but quarter pounder was burnt with old un melted cheese. Employees were wearing masks. I've always had problems at this location. I usually avoid it but is the closest to my home. Figured to give them another chance. I suspect this location is used to train new workers. Also right by 85 so they get alot of one time order travelers. Before Covid-19 I went inside to order. Not the cleanest place, especially the 🚻. Slow inside as well.
