I went there on 24 Janaury 2022 and it was horrible. No drive through. So I went inside to place my order and it was evident that there is no manager or supervisor at this place. A bunch of guys with horrible customer service skills, no uniforms, pants below the waist just disgusting. There was only one young man working the one dispatching the food he was cordial and professional. Got home with the sandwich an it was disgusting you could tell it was something made on the rush. The restaurant was dirty, the soda machine was dirty, so I didn't even get the drinks. I regreat going there to eat. Corporate need to take a look at this facility. If there was a -5 stars that's what I would grade this place.

The impossible burger was very tasty. It wasn’t greasy or heavy. Bread was nicely toasted and when you got to the bite of the sandwich with the lettuce, pickles, onions and the sauce it gave a nice burst of flavor fulfillment. Location has a couple entry points, which makes it easy to get in and out during busy times. The customer service was average at the drive through box. It was better at the window. Greeted with a smile and a pleasant goodbye.

Ordered impossible burger and onion rings . Dry burger. Huge axx pickels cut with no care, the tomatoes OMG someone can't use a knife or just cut with no care at all, I was so mad. It was old. And the onion rings was not fresh at all, Limp not crunchy just warm garbage I didn't get a napkin sauce for my onion rings or ketchup. I asked for a receipt they had no paper in there per usual. Cashier was like whatever. No personality. I'll stick with Chick FIL A. I waisted my money & lunch time for nothing

This location is always terrible. I don't know why I go there. Not worth my time to try to get this fixed. Also, they put cheese on the (RAW) Whopper when we told them no cheese. See picture.

I did the app order. And they gave me the burger like this. They always take this opportunity to give something they can't give to people sitting inside the store. And this is not the first time.

No dine-in available, food is cold and prepared before orders, service is rude, also the food did not have any lettuce any pickles on a chicken sandwich and a french fries or ice cold, They keep using covis19 as an excuse for bad service

Drive thru lane was not moving for over 20 min decided to do curbside pickup waited 40 min after I "clicked here", dining room says closed and no one was at drive thru.... Is this store normally closed for biz around 6/630pm on a Monday?? Annnnnd how can I get my m money back?
