Taco Bell

Ordered a VEGGIE Mexican pizza and was given a Mexican pizza full of meat that I cannot eat. I also ordered chips and cheese and just got chips. I also ordered a quesadilla that I never received. Was told to pull around to the front where I witnessed staff members playing around behind the counter. This is my money you’re taking. Do better. Also will not answer the phone. I will be calling my credit card to dispute charges.

We ordered two chicken quesadilla MEALS and two nacho bell grandes, and received no tacos with our meals. Our quesadillas has barely any chicken, if so it was tough and disgusting, and to top it all off, NO NACHO CHEESE ON NACHOS!!!!! How!?! I’m very disappointed. We drove 8 hours and all we wanted was Taco Bell.

Not properly managed. This is one of the Taco Bell's that is a KFC/Taco Bell combination restaurant, and from what I can tell, a lot of people come to this location for KFC. On Wednesday, June 22nd, I order in the drive-thru from the Taco Bell menu. The 2 cars in front of me apparently drove back around in the drive-thru because they either were missing part of their order or wanted a refund, which the crew handled at the window. When I got to the window, I wasn't given a total nor a receipt, I was just asked to pull to the first parking spot for them to bring out my food. I waited for 10 mins before I decided to go inside to get my order. Once inside, there was another person who ordered at the drive-thru window but had to come inside because of the wait. When they asked me what I was waiting on, the apparently didn't even start my order. And when I received it 10 mins later, it still was cold. I understand that a lot of fast-food places are struggling to find staff, but this wasn't the case since there were 3 people both in the front by the registers and in the back who were just standing around looking at their phones during the lunchtime rush. This is a total mismanagement of a restaurant and if this store plans on surviving, the franchisee really needs to step in and do a lot of training

Not sure how many bad reviews this place needs before they get new management. As a loyal taco bell supporter, this location is absolutely appalling. Everytime I go there is a different issue. Out of chicken, out of cheese, closed 4 hours early, etc. And don't even get me started on the endless waiting. Either get new management or close it down. This location is utterly disappointing.
