When you’re hungry go to Arby’s. I usually get the beef and cheddar combo. It is one of my favorite items on the menu. The milkshakes are good too. I know they have crinkle fries but I love the curly fries better.

I've only been here a couple of times, but the drive thru line has never been long or taken a long time to get my food. Nor have the staff been bad. Seems to be a good location.

I hate to say this because I always get great service and food from here but I went yesterday and Kat was working the window. She was extremely rude because she got my order wrong multiple times trying to correct me about my order. She kept yelling that I had a strawberry lemonade so I just accepted it even tho I ordered peach lemonade. When i proceeded to the window I tried to engage with her to maybe help her have a nicer day. Again she was very rude slamming the window in my face and when I told her I just want her to have a blessed day she sarcastically said “you too” and slammed the window in my face again rolling her eyes. This was my worst experience ever at an arbys.

Slow, unbothered staff and management was the worst. No thanks. I'm paying for food not a sour attitude from ppl not meant to work with the public. Keep your bad attitude to yourself. Common courtesy and a smile go a long way.

I come to this arbys quite often, and the customer service has TANKED! Just today, I came through the drive thru to try the new burger. Not only was the lady taking my order being rude (interrupted me twice while I was trying to order) when I pulled around to the window, she didn’t even bother coming to the window to collect the money or even tell me there’d be a wait. I sat at the window for nearly 10 minutes and she still hadn’t said anything to me. I use to manage several fast food places and I can’t stress the words FAST FOOD ENOUGH. Whatever happened to speed of service? I was literally the only person waiting and they acted like my order didn’t matter. So I guess I’ll just have to visit Burger King or somewhere else whenever I want something. Loved arbys to death, but ya lost me on this one 👎🏽
