I just wanted to say that after lunch at Serranos, we waited for the funeral procession for the fallen Marine... The gentleman from 7/11 was passing out waters to everyone, and I just wanted to say thank you so very much for your kindness.

One of the friendliest 7-eleven's I've ever been to. The ladies are friendly and welcoming. Charlotte will make your food fresh if you like and at times she will even offer to help older customers with carrying their heavier items to their cars. Shelves always stocked and store always clean.

Worst 7-Eleven I’ve ever been to. Customer service comes and goes but most of the people there seem to hate their job and not want to work. Food is always out, nasty, or they just don’t want to make it fresh. There’s plenty of other things I can mention but I’ll leave it at this.

The location at 599 Mountain Ave. Ontario, Ca is awesome. They are professional and great. I will always love this location.

Customer service is usually great here, with the occasional bad attitude employee. Overall great place to stop for drinks, snacks, and slurppies.

Horrible service at night the female attending does not know how to treat customers at all simply asking if u have an item doesn't require u rolling ur eyes cus u gotta get off ur phone to simply check its 2 in the morning and im the only person ther how busy can u be or is thate tezt more important smh
