Subway

Despite it being late and the young lady being busy with online orders, and working her tail off she made my son and I feel welcome and treated us as soon as she could. You could tell she was a little overwhelmed but she handled it like a champ. In times where so many people are overworked, or flat out just don't want to work, this lady shined through. I wish I would've caught her name. She definitely deserves a raise, praise, and/or a promotion. Note: We were there at 6:45pm 01/31/2022

It's a subway, generic food you can get at anyone. But why come here? The STAFF! They are great people. I actually have to pass 3 subways just to come to this one when I am craving a sandwich because this one has some of the best staff anywhere. Their management team is awesome! I actually have conversations with them and they make me feel welcomed every time I come. I actually started going every day for a while till I got sick of sandwiches and it was solely based on the experience I had with the staff that kept me coming back. I am a picky guy and get special made sandwiches and they never complain. They actually got to know it by heart and as soon as I would walk in they would ask if I was getting the usual. BOOM sandwich done and back on my way. Loved it! This is an example of what customer service should be and Subway should teach what ever this store has got going on to all the others because damn!

I come to this location every other week for the past two months. Every time I come here Lukas always provides the best service and has a great attitude every single time! I really appreciate when I ask for his advice on a sandwich he always knows what condiments and seasonings go great on the sandwich I choose. Great guy with great taste 👍🏼
