Taco Bell

I gave a 4 because surprisingly it was good. I always visit this location and it is a hit or miss. I'm either missing food, something is incorrect, or it's a mess and skimped out, or thrown together. Whoever worked the night shift on 4/20/22 did an amazing job and your location needs more staff like you!

This place on 6th st is horrible. Frequently closed. Lights always off even when they are open. Wait at the speaker to place your order is too long. It's ok if you're busy just acknowledge a car pulled up and say I will be right with you. I have pulled up with 4 cars already in line and they are closed. But you don't know it cause they don't block the drive thru. Each car waits a few minutes and eventually pulls thru when no one ever comes to the speaker. I go to the one on hamner now. I get that it is hard to find decent help nowadays, but the one on Hamner seems to be able to do it.

I am currently sitting in the dining room and after not coming here for a few years I am surprised to see that they still remain understaffed. It makes no sense to me.. you are in a fantastic location, plenty of business opportunities and yet you cannot measure up. I am a big taco bell fan and I have never seen anything like it. It was just as bad when they were paired up with Pizza Hut. Pay attention to your locations Taco Bell, you are losing money. Notice in the photo, there are 2... yes 2 employees at what should be a decent dinner time rush, especially on a Sunday by the freeway..
