HORRIBLE DRIVE THRU SERVICE!! Waited over 30 MINUTES OR MORE!!! PLAN ON BEING SERVED IN AN HOUR! WISH A WAS A MILLIONAIRE AND I WOULD OPEN ONE IN RIO RICO! Bad for people Who go in between there lunch hour!! Go someone else! Jack in the box is faster!

We've always had a positive experience here. It was the lunch hour rush, so it did take a bit longer to get our order, but it wasn't an excessive amount of time. It's always clean and employees are friendly. I recommend this place.

Had a hard time speaking English, they never get my sugar and creamer correct in my coffee at this point I'm going to either beg them or stop ordering coffee. Always get sent around to wait for the order, next to a garbage can full of bees, im allergic to.🤷♀️

I was a bit annoyed at their ordering process. You order on the self service stations but have to go to the register to pay. That made no sense to me, why can't I just pay when I place my order? I did appreciate the sanitizing wipes available though!!

I just ordered three big breakfast meals and two egg sausage McMuffin meals. I waited 20 minutes to receive two McGriddles and no orange juices with aMcMuffin meals. I have never been to this McDonald's that has not totally screwed up my order. Obviously no one cares about customer service but they're very happy to take my money. To add insult to injury there were no forks or syrup for the big breakfast meals.

Very crowded location, only 3 of the touch screen menus were on, the bathroom was "clean enough" but the food was ready quickly and was tasty

RUDE!! I can't express how poorly everything is handled at this location. From extraordinarily LONG wait times. To terrible Customer service. I am not a fan of McDonald's but if I was this place would definitely turn me off of the place.

McDonald's in Nogales is the best way to waste time. Wait, wait, wait......someday you will get through the drive through-line. There are no other two McDonald's franchises in the world that have slower service than the two in Nogales, Arizona. Go across the street to Jack-in-the-Box, get a better burger in way less time. Slow service at the McDonald's in Nogales has been the same for 20 years and will never change. Oh. Sometimes they get the order correct so they get one star in my review.
