La Michoacana

So my husband and I stopped by in Nogales AZ at la grand Michoacána, I got off my car and I approached the door, and when I tried to open it the door was locked, so I automatically assumed the place was closed, when the owner comes out and says “how may I help you? “ (rude facial expression and tone) and I said “yeah I wanted to order something” (smiling) He said aggressively taps the wall and told me that was the menu out side and they have been taking only orders to your car for 2 yrs(he looked so upset) All I said was, I understand but I’m not from here, so I didn’t know. (Calm voice as I walk away) He yelled but I can still help you Best way to loose a customer Side note! I understand it’s hard times, I’m a business owner myself and I know respect and customer service is key! I have had an order mess up so many times and I never complaint because it happens. But I’m still chocked for my experience today
