Normally this chain is an absolute NO! My grand-daughter asked to go for her birthday. I was skeptical because I’ve never had a great time at a Texas Roadhouse!

Overall…. Our party of 11 had a good time! The service was great! We have a rowdy and demanding crew so we are not for the faint at heart! Our server Dana was ON IT!!! She was friendly and professional and made the loudest Yeee-Haw birthday song that embarrassed my 12 yr old granddaughter! It was awesome!
There was a faux pas with a couple meals and management was immediate with getting things remade! They did an amazing job in making us feel welcomed and appreciated!!
I’d give this place a 5 star if not for the severely overcooked steak bites for the kids! The kitchen should have caught that.
We do understand that with so many meals mistakes happen. The fact that management handled things so well made all the difference!
Texas Roadhouse is all about consistency. Just moved here from out of state but it's the same Texas Roadhouse.
The loaded baked potato was really good and seasoned well.
The 16oz ribeye had a wonderful crust on it and it was seasoned perfectly.

Food & service were great always! Turning the music up half way through our meal wasn't the most enjoyable... Highly recommend the bone-in ribeye!

Omg the customer service was so great I was overwhelmed.. Nikki the manger was great to us.. ribs was a little cold but they most definitely fix it immediately… but my food was so hot and good (herb crusted chicken) ate it all
The food was delicious, perfect, excellent 👌Ribs really fall of the bone. My medium rare steak was medium rare. My son had loaded steak fries. Awesome! Everything had flavor, steak was tender and the waiter was awesome!

Let's start with wow!
We've been to a Texas Roadhouse in Dallas. We loved it there and we love it here in Indy.
The atmosphere is perfect for what you're getting....and the design is absolutely identical to the Dallas restaurant...so bonus points for maintaining the brand.
The food...if you're expecting Peter Luger, this isn't it, but it is better than most of the steaks you can get at a franchise restaurant. It is a touch too salty, but perfectly cooked to my preference. The fries fish is light and delicate and most importantly, not oily.
Portions are huge and the price is quite reasonable given the high quality. Great bang for your buck.
The place is jammed, even on a cold rainy winter Tuesday evening. These folks work on thoughput...brilliant business model.
The best part is the service. The best! Our server, John was snatching out empty glasses and replacing them with full ones before we knew what was happening. The food came ten minutes after we ordered. I love that. I really, really love that.
In short, I love Texas Roadhouse and will eat at one of their spots any time I'm in the states.
We went to this location when they first opened long ago. The server sat at our table to chat and take our order. I am old school and never went back. Fast forward to a little over a year ago. We have been eating here at least once every two weeks. Great people and service, solid quality food and consistency whether you are eating there or taking carry out. They are appreciative of the business and we have yet to come across a disengaged staff member. Keep up the fantastic work. More restaurants need to copy your formula. Congrats on a job well done in a time that many are so complacent.
