Braum's

Service was poor. Bathroom was dirty there was pee on the toilet seat. Manger didn't send our food order to the cook we was standing in line the cook asked if we needed anything we said we was waiting for our food. He then went and made our food. Which was made wrong. I told them about the female bathroom having pee on the seat and they didn't go clean it. Husband went to the men's bathroom and it was nasty as well. We stayed there eating for 30 mins and no one went and cleaned the bathrooms after being told about them. This was the worse Braum's I have ever been to.

The food is always just above typically fast food quality and tastes delicious. The service is always wonderful, weather ordering food or buying groceries. But the ice cream is where Braum's really shines. Overall a very clean, enjoyable place to eat a delicious meal and follow it up with some even more delicious dessert.

Good food, love the strawberry salad. Two reasons they don’t get 5 stars. 1. I hate cottage cheese, who decided that a way to make milk better is to add chunky cheese to it? They won’t sub out the cottage cheese for something better as a side. 2. Can’t get a gallon of milk through the drive thru. I get that someone has to run over to the grocery area, and I can see why they don’t open it up for other things. But milk!? Come on. Thanks for the good burgers and shakes though!
