Hardee's

I went there in the morning about 2 days ago to have breakfast when I walked in the dining room I noticed the shift leader Jonathan was sitting down in a booth I immediately notice him scratching his nose another cashier took my order he was also wearing gloves but even when he have to do something else he took the gloves off but he washed his hand before putting more back on but Jonathan came out the dining room on to the front line and I noticed him scratching at his nose two more times and never seen him once washes hand at all so now I have seen him scratch his nose three times and even reaching into his pocket and counting money still no washing of the hands I'm pay close attention to make sure that he's wasn't going to touch my order but I seen him touch other people orders that was coming to drive through I wanted to pull him to the side and say look you are the manager all of the employees had gloves on You supposed to set a better example kind of make me lose my appetite makes you wonder what else goes on that you can't see even his appearance was not like it should be his shirt was wrinkled not good enough kind of look like he might have had a rough night if I was going on First Impressions by looking at someone I probably would have walked straight back out the door and I and I used to work for Hardee's for my 7to 8years never in this time seen anything like this like right before my eyes directly on Frontline

Customer service was good but service is slow. They open at 5 am and I was so excited cause nothing is open when I leave for work. This is the only place I pass til work. I have went by several times to get a biscuit. One had to pull to window to get service. Lady was having trouble with head phones. Then took 15 more minutes just to get my debit to run. She wasn't sure how to do it. After a couple of times going early I just gave up. Afternoon it takes forever it seems to get food. Not sure what has happened over the years but now it's slow and I would rather run to greenwood for fast food.
