The Arby's in Niles is absolutely wonderful. The workers are very nice and make it a point to make me smile every time I go. They don't get much wrong on my orders either and I usually have big orders. I can say, if you want fast food and friendly service to go with it, go to Arby's. Their service just beats out any other fast food place in Niles.

I've only been through the drive-thru multiple times. Never had any issues and always polite service. Can't really comment on quickness because it all depends on what the guy in front of you gets.

I tried the Wagu Steak Burger. It was excellent. The bacon and special sauce is awesome.

I ordered food at the drive thru. When I pulled up to pay, they said I couldn't use a card because their system was down. I didn't have cash (never do) and they wouldn't just take down my card info and ring it later. Next time tell your customers about payment restrictions BEFORE THEY ORDER!! 😡

Got a chicken salad wrap. It should have been called teaspoon if salad in a wrap. It was basically empty. I get this same thing at every Arby's I go to. This was the only one that has ever used whatever kind of wrap that was, and it was basically just a piece of lettuce with a spoonful of salad in it, extremely disappointing
