You will think at the dinner time you will get warm and fresh food but look at this cheese cheese and entire meal was cold I spent close to $30 in the food and rested the food exact the same way cold

Food is always done well, and staff is always friendly. The one lady, Marcy, she’s the most genuine, kind hearted lady. She makes you feel welcome, she always has a warm smile on her face, and I’ve never encountered anyone in the fast food industry as hard working, devoted to her job, or as sweet and sincere as Marcy. She deserves a raise and a promotion.

Usually always missing something lately. One time I'm missing a large drink from when somebody else picked up my order, 4 separate times I'm missing nachos from my box, redeemed a chalupa from rewards and never got it. Foods good when I actually get it but they don't double check orders before handing them out and support never checks in to remedy the issues.

Ordered the burrito supreme and crunch wrap supreme and both orders are suppose to come with sour cream,neither had any on it. Both made super sloppy and soggy. The employees were to busy discussing chick fila. Called and the manager was extremely rude, wouldn't fix the problem and just hung up on me. Place is a joke!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Quick and friendly service.. Especially in drive thru- I think the employee name is Callan but BRAVO and YOU'RE AMAZING!!. STAFF STAFF STAFF. HERE💕. except for Mexican pizza being discontinued which has zero to do with this restaurant.. VERY SATISFIED...

This is the second time that you guys have been opening later than your scheduled time, if you guys claim to be open by a certain time but turn down customers an hour after your supposed to be open. It's not a good look. I was turned down at 8:56 and told they aren't opening till 9. Pulled up 4 minutes later and it was all open?? Most confusing treatment of customers I've ever seen

Had my last taco bell. The prices has gone through the roof. My favorite combo is a number 6. It now 11.99. Too much for fast food.

We didn't receive an item on our order and called them and they told me that they put it in the bag I told them they didn't and she tried to argue with me. I asked if they could bring the item to the door and they told me no we had to wait in line and the line was almost to the road. Check your stuff in the drive thru before you leave.
