Hot Head Burritos

Just picked up my burrito bowl from hotheads they put the wrong sauce on it and it was close to closing time. I called them and inquired what I should do if they would be open for another 15 minutes I can make it back down there to exchange the bowl or did they just want to credit my credit card since they were closing soon. I was informed that there’s no way they could possibly put the wrong sauce on there since Josh the manager made it himself. I asked if they felt like I was a liar even though I was offering to bring the bowl back in and he said I had to bring it in the next day and to put it in my refrigerator overnight and then bring it to him to show him that the wrong sauce was on it before they would exchange. Ridiculous.

Very clean .. we got the number one and ohhh my it was so good. It was massive!!! We got it with the queso cheese as and the shredded that came with it. The sweet habanro sauce was awesome . I didn't get to try the guacamole maybe next time. I was very impressed with the way they were training a new person. It was nice to see everyone calm and helpful. Great job team !

Fun crew! Loved it! It was my first time to a Hot Head Burrito ever. I was so impressed with these guys! I really wanted them to make me more peppers and onions at 5 minutes to close they told me that once had already been washed I was very discouraged then as I watched them make my boyfriend a burrito I became a more and more intrigued LOL. I ended up getting a burrito myself I built it and it was way too hot! They actually have barbacoa! Which was awesome it was just way too hot. All the staff was friendly we were laughing and joking the entire time I didn't like that they wouldn't make me my peppers and onions but that's typical for a fast food type of place. As far as I'm concerned Chipotle has nothing on them!

You could clearly tell they were serving the gross leftover queso from the night before .Which is ridiculous considering they charge you extra for it. Also the fact that they charge you a dollar extra for a little tiny scoop of vegetables when none of the other hot heads around here do that is ridiculous. Finally the staff was very short next. The burrito I got from them today was probably the worst one I have ever had, next time I'll just drive to a Youngstown location.
