Applebee's Grill + Bar

Service was a little slow at this restaurant. I ate at another Applebee's recently and I ordered the same thing today that I ordered a couple of weeks back which was the blackened salmon with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. A couple weeks back the restaurant in Hermitage PA was fantastic! Service was fast and the food was piping hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! I liked it so well that I went back to Applebee's while I was in Niles, OH today. My broccoli was kind of lukewarm and the rest of the food was fine, but I could tell that it was sitting for a while compared to the other meal that I described above from a different Applebee's. It's still fine it's still good. I was hungry so I didn't really care that much. I ended up with two different waitresses cuz the one that started out with me took a break after taking my order and I never saw her again the rest of the night. The girl that picked up in her place was fine though.

I have been to Applebee's in the past some familiar summit with the restaurant although not this particular restaurant. Madison was a very good waitress brought us our food when it was ready. The restaurant was so cold that although my steak 8 oz sirloin came hot it was soon cold as well as the mashed potatoes and the steaming broccoli became cold in about a minute and a half. The restaurant is extremely noisy which does not make for a relaxing dining experience. If I were going to this Applebee's in the future I probably would only do takeout or curbside pickup.

For a friday night it was understandably busy, but it did not feel good to be forgotten about and only sent a text AS we walked in the door. Nobody's drinks were refilled other than when we had to try to get the waitresses attention. I didn't really mind the food, my order was just a little off, and our waitress only really stopped by our table to get our check, I know it was busy but they could have refilled our drinks at some point. I do like Applebee's but this service wasn't the best

Tonight 04/26/2022 my husband and I went to eat dinner and set at the bar... I ordered steak cooked well, with parm shrimps, mashed potatoes and broccoli with cheese... the steak was cooked well, just like I ordered... But i found a hair in my mashed potato.🤮 I told the lady in the bar, and I reorder the same again, but this time to go... When I got home, I found out that the broccoli had not cheese and the steak was rare 😶 why would they do this? Not good👎 this is my first time having a bad experience after many years of eating at this location in the eastwood mall.
