The Biryani Place

I enjoy eating food from different countries, I tried this place several times. I have to say there's not much improvement from the first time I tried it. The taste was ok, mediocre to say the least. The wait is not worth it for the taste of the food or the cost of the product. The service could use some polishing up. The lady at the front counter was polite but they don't have a number of food on their menu. Maybe it's time to update their menu? Professionalism is not there, management just walked around talking on the phone instead of taking care of the waiting customers. The female seem to be doing all the work, answering the phone, making the food, and telling customers they are lucky the boss had change so now she can give back change to customers paying in cash. I don't know in whose world this makes any sense... Maybe a refresher course on customer service will help to polish up service at this location. I don't recommend this place at all. The service is atrociously slow even during non-peak times, their customer service is poor, and you loss money by paying for their current products.

Loved biryani at this place for that kind of a price. They customize the spice levels which is good. I'd definitely recommend it. They also have buffets for even cheaper price in weekdays is what I remember. My suggestions to this place is to include the curry (although the Biryani itself is spicy) and provide more raitha.
