Arby's

We recently eat at Arby’s, because my wife craves to their creamy Mediterranean chicken wrap, and for me I ordered Classic roast beef meal. Their food was really spectacular because of the taste it’s give you happiness and satisfaction. Taste and presentation wise. I can only hope they will remain juicy and fresh for good, and it will not disappear over time. The service was quick and efficient. Their staff was polite, kind, personable, and very professional and customer oriented. The cleanliness of the store made our lunch wonderful. My wife was satisfied to their cravings. Definitely a place to go if you’re hungry or crave to their sandwiches you won’t be disappointed.

My favorite place to eat. Arby’s has a wide selection of sandwiches to choose from. I usually pick up a delicious Jalapeno bacon ranch chicken wrap. It's a wonderful wrap. Everything tastes FRESH - the lettuce, red onion and tomato. Incredibly delicious. And what I loved the most is their Mozzarella sticks dip to the marinara sauce. Staff was Incredibly courteous, polite, efficient and on point to their work. They ensure that you are satisfied to their service and especially to their food. It was quick service. Overall I” am satisfied to their service and to the food. Excellent customer service they provided. The staff there are customer oriented.

Service was incredibly slow. Came here around 8pm Friday night to grab a quick dinner. There was a line of cars, maybe 7-8 ahead of me, it's a fast food place so I assume we'd get through the orders pretty quick. Ended up waiting about 10 mins in front of the speaker just to order, and then another 15 or so to get to the window for my food. Was assuming it was it was a single person working there getting slammed, there were 3 up front that I could see moving really slow or not doing much at all Asked for sauce when I rolled up to the window. Didn't get any, had to ask again and didn't even get napkins in the bag The staff here is absolutely trash

I love their freshly made sandwiches and their friendly service. No rolling of eyes here. 😝 Update on May 30, 2022: lost 1 ⭐ I bought the limited time only Waigu beef burger that is extra premium beef that's supposed to be served medium rare. They cooked it well done, which toughened the patty and defeated the purpose of paying more for premium beef. I know they are used to cooking everything well done, but please learn how to serve this new product properly. We are paying more for it. Update June 2, 2022 They got their star back. I returned and ordered the Waigu beef and they cooked it as they were promoted, medium-well.

Worst fast food place I've been in was shocked. Walked in the ding room was filthy All the employees looked at me not one of them asked if they could help me infact one of the employees walk towards me looked at me and then turned around and walked away after a few minutes I finally had to ask them if anyone is going to take my order and then one of the employees took my order. Nothing irrates more then waiting when there is no reason and a very dirty store.
