Alpine Delicatessen

We are obsessed with their meatballs and sauce. Completely ruined us on spaghetti sauce in a jar. Frozen meatballs are no longer acceptable. We were fighting over the last meatball. It was not pretty. Genuine Italian food, great sandwiches made to order, and perfect sauces/gravy for those of us who have given up on perfecting homemade ones. 🇮🇹

I had the meatball sandwich ($7), which was filled with four large meatballs and covered in sauce on a hoagie roll (half of it and I was almost stuffed). They served it up quickly, I paid at the front and was on my way. There was a line at the deli counter, but they were separate from the prepped food. I can't wait to try the other offerings here.

The worst Service ever! I was standing at the counter to order ONLY a sandwich. There were 4 people behind the counter and ONLY one of them was Servicing another Customer. I waited 15 minutes and NO ONE ask me what I wanted. Very sad that these people were ignoring me like I was not even there! So I left! I will NEVER EVER return to this store!

I had driven a friend to a doctor's office in the OakMill Mall. While strolling around I explored Minelli's and found gluten free Italian bread - score!! - and an amazing assortment of deli salads, olives, antipasto, etc.; the perfect solution for appetizers for a dinner party later in the week. Even if my friend does not need to return to the doctor, I will definitely return to Minelli's! What a great find!

So happy we found this neighborhood gem, filled with freshly prepared meats, sauces, hot/cold deli items and delicious italian pastries. Clean, neat and priced right! We have become weekly customers and have used Minelli Catering too, what a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. P.S. Don't forget to try the Terrano breads, omg.... I can still smell it! And the fresh pizza and salads and green pickle relish and the cookies...yum!
