Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is our family's favorite Chipotle — and we're willing to travel past the others to get here! The ingredients always taste fresh and the proteins are perfectly seasoned. We've all had over-salty Chipotle chicken before, haven't we? You won't find that at this location. The staff is also very kind and accommodating and the manager has made the time to answer questions I've had around our child's dietary restrictions — she's the absolute best! I just finished the best tasting burrito bowl, and I had to hop online to tell this Chipotle how great they are. Simultaneously, we placed a catering order to be picked up by around 10:45. When we got there, all the food was perfectly prepared and packaged for us. Great job, Chipotle!

Just gonna go off the odds here. After 5 bad experiences in a row at the park ridge location, I tried this one out. 8 orders in a row I have had excellent service and great meals. My online order is actually ready on time. The extra meat is actually EXTRA. My order is accurate, no missing parts. This is not the closest chipotle to my house but I am willing to travel to it. Very satisfied with this location and will continue to go.

I have ordered from this location multiple times delivery and it has always been messed up. one time i got the wrong food, everytime i order my food is under proportioned to what it should be, today i got my meal and my bowl was not even filled to normal portioning even after i asked for extra rice, my bowl was 75% complete. Sucks that this location is not taking responsibility for delivery orders and that you have to go in person to make sure the person making the food is doing it right. 1 extra for the great taste.

I'm just going to start off by saying I love Chipotle, but I have seen a decline in the service and attention to detail when it comes to the food prep. I ordered two rice bowls, and the rice was undercooked. I don't understand how that's possible, considering how easy it is to cook rice. I can only see it as blatant disregard of attention to detail. My chicken had joints in it. I will say this is a first, that has never happened before. Everything else was fine except for those 2 discrepancies.
