Taco Bell at 4573 E Hwy 20, Niceville, FL is exceptional in every way. Food always prepared correctly even with special orders. Staff friendly and efficient.

The employees were super nice. The food was good and the place was super clean. As i ate the manger Jay had to help with customers who were coming in with drive-through mess ups, and he was super nice and took care of the issues right away for them.

I remember when I used to go to Taco Brll because I was broke. Can't do that anymore! I paid just as much here as I do at McDonald's. Boooooo

They seem to have things sorted out again. Very good and fast.
Original post: Was good when it opened but now they keep messing up my order.
Update 9/18/18: Used to be ok but lately they can't seem to get orders right and the food quality is terrible (and I'm a taco bell fan). Bag broke due to the grease. Couldn't make myself eat it.
Update 12/28/18: Better but still very greasy (even for taco bell)

They have a 100% success rate at screwing my order up. If you go check everything!

New staff seems to be way better with accuracy. Maybe they are turning a corner?

Nope. Not even close on the order the past two times and tons of stuff missing. Class action should be filed against these guys for all the missing food. Haven't seen that good staff recently.

This is the best-run fast food restaurant in town! The new management is doing it all right. It’s always clean and the employees are very friendly, helpful, and polite. They prepare the food with care and will go to extra effort to make things the way you want. I try to avoid a lot other fast-food places in town because so many seem to have such awful food and lousy service. If you haven’t been here in a while, please give it a chance—you won’t be disappointed.

The new management that has reformed this place the last year has really made an effect! I love the music and laughter I hear from the kitchen and my food is always right and fresh

The wait here was a little long and we were asked to pull ahead. The gentleman who was at the window was very kind and actually apologized after offering a free taco voucher. McDonald's could learn something from them. The whole experience from speaker to getting our food was very professional and kind. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

Jay made this Taco Bell trip the best experience I have ever had ordering fast food. I came 30 minutes before close and jay was so unbelievably pleasant I was smiling ear to ear from the moment I pulled up to order until I got into my driveway at home. He made suggestions, had me laughing, and made my order with care. Whatever jay is currently making should be tripled. What a legend. The kindness of the associates at the Niceville Taco Bell is unexpected and a breath of fresh air! I stop here often later at night (of course since that is the time to eat Taco Bell) and they are never mad to be at work. They are kind and genuine. You Rock Taco Bell Niceville!
