Great views over breakfast. Avocado toast was awesome with added eggs. Crab cake Benedict was delicious. They get busy but the food and views are well worth the wait.

Great spot on the beach for some decent food. Very convenient for the locals. If your going to be in the area. I recommend you check it out!

We walked to this beach stand from our rental and it’s perfectly located in proximity to the beach. We enjoyed iced coffee, a lobster roll (both cold and hot are great!), and an avocado toast with salmon. Perfect way to start the day!

First time at this place now that it's changed hands again (I've been around this area for about 15 years during the summer). Everything was delicious! I'm SOOO glad that Flander's took over this stand! Yay! Yummy food and awesome staff! Thanks!
