The woman that was taking the orders at the counter was extremely slow and she was very spacy... it was like she didn't understand what was happening around her. But the woman that was taking care of the sandwich orders was very good at her job and polite.

Very courteous and helpful despite the long lines. The drive thru is currently closed and the entire establishment will be closed for the next one to two weeks for parking lot construction. It was nice of the manager to make us a Dunkacino upon request, despite it being discontinued. #bringtheCinoBack!

better this time than the last... we walked out before after waiting 20 minutes to get to next in line (there were only 3 people in front of me). Prompt service, fresh coffee, fresh donuts, and a hot sandwich.

The only downside comes from it being too good and popular. Sometimes the line will get fairly long and it would take fairly expensive remodel to add another window. In the 25 years it's been since I last patronized this location, the quality of the both staff and product has not declined in the least. As a coffee lover, I find the potential wait worth it.

This Dunkin' donuts is always quick, efficient and they have never messed up my order in the last probably 5 years. They are really really good team. The new girl that was there this morning was absolutely precious, she was such a sweetheart and made it a really nice experience. Just the fact that I'm leaving a review on Dunkin' donuts says enough right there. A+ location will continue to go here

My partner and I stop almost everyday on the way to work. We are the “On the go order for Krystal” couple in the drive through. The staff at this Dunkies location is amazing. Every morning we are greeted with such kindness and positive energy that it always makes our day. Thank you so much for all that you do, especially during these times. It truly brightens our day and sets us off right for work ❤️

Day crew very pleasant. Never messed up my order. Coffee for some reason better than others in area. Night crew is another matter. Last week ordered ice coffee got iced tea. Went back, the guy at the window said he was sorry but would not correct the order. Drove to Waterford and they gave me my coffee for free. Will only get coffee fm the women working day shift.
