i love this place to death i've been going since covid when i was able to walk downtown and the vibes are perfect i LOVE LOVE LOVE the music. although the service is kinda of slow and the workers don't seem to be in any rush which is a good mindset when the wait for food isn't 25 minutes long. and i do know and understand that they make most of their food from scratch (it's extremely good) but the wait still feels excessive especially if you're just getting a muffin or scone heated up. love the place though and i would love to work there one day.

Terrific food, good atmosphere, and friendly employees. Café SoL has a giant menu too. Tons of options. In particular, the purple-haired woman (employee) was exceptionally knowledgeable when I asked for a good breakfast recommendation 💯

I’ve been here a few times. I usually grab a flavored latte and sandwich before heading to the beach. Never had any issues and everything always come out great. Sometimes the line can be slow to move but other than that I enjoy stopping by when I’m in the area.

It was wonderful to enjoy our salads, coffee, and cookies outside on the front patio. The staff are very nice, genuine and eclectic. The food offerings cater to an earthy, natural palette.

This was the best Cuban sandwich I have ever had in my life. Also the best tuna salad I have ever tried. Amazing service and atmosphere.

Great cafe on the main street in small town Niantic. Coffee is ok, priced reasonably. Muffins are very tasty. Lemonade is an interesting flavor and well priced as well. Flowers are a nice touch. Only one WC is very small but clean and works. Inside and outside seating. 50m from boardwalk and tiny sand beach. Easy parking, street, and paid lot.

Great local breakfast spot. We had the Mexican wrap with eggs and avocado. Very tasty and kind of small if you're into my size portions. Also tried the bagel with the works. That was very good also. Sat outside and it was quite nice with bees buzzing and butterfly's flying over the nice flowers. Very relaxing.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years, I don’t live in the area but every time I drive down to the beach I stop here on my way. I wish it was closer to me because I absolutely love it. The food is amazing with such healthy organic options. On top of that if you like cafés that are very aesthetic and cute I highly suggest you check it out. Great service every time and If you’re there, I suggest getting a lemonade with a flavor shot they’re incredible, my favorite is the lavender! :))

Cute spot with decent food. Got the cowboy quesadilla and tuna melt. Tuna melt was a bit below average. Quesadilla was good size and larger than expected. Beautiful scenery.

A variety of interesting sandwiches to choose from. Breakfast served all day. Friendly staff and plenty of seating on front patio under big yellow umbrellas or inside. Big sandwiches, I enjoyed finishing mine for breakfast the next day.

All I got was an espresso but it was very good. They had the tiny little to go cups which is awesome, and the espresso was HOT, piping and perfect. Would visit again. They had a lot of people working there too which is cool because it seems like a lot of people go here before the beach.

My husband and I had lunch here while passing through town. I had 'The Blue' sandwich: turkey, blue cheese, fig spread on a grainy bread. Thoroughly enjoyed. Extensive drink menu including myriad flavored lemonades. Would love to revisit for breakfast and to try the rest of their menu. Indoor seating limited. Outdoor seating was lovely with a few people waiting for tables.

I come here every time I visit hole in the wall beach and I love it. I tried a few things on the menu from food to drinks and they all have been amazing. I recommend trying an iced black tea with raspberry and mango syrup. The staff are all so nice and welcoming. I do wish they were open later but that’s okay.

My daughter and I will go get breakfast sandwiches here occasionally. Their coffee is really good! It's on Main St in Niantic, so cute location. Lots of veggie options.

I had the BLaT sandwich which was delicious, but what stood out most was the great service and friendly atmosphere. I will definitely return next time I’m in town.

Good spot for a quick breakfast and to get some work done. The oatmeal was delicious and came in a big cup. The bagel sandwich we got was really great made with fresh ingredients. But the macchiato was just okay. The bathroom in this place was tiny. Overall, sandwiches and coffee were a win.
