First is customer relations. Not good. That is, when I was there after 10pm.
If you smoke, if you look over 60, best bet your not going buy tobacco products without ID. One which must have a bar code. Understand policy's and law. But think... Asking scan a ID or driver lic. In which going where?
My experience in this store was poor, support, understanding also was unsatisfactory. Usually give good reviews, in this case definitely below 3 stars.
Maybe management look at this, and correct issue.

No Mocha or french vanilla latte, AGAIN. Iced Latte machine empty.
From looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one who has an issue with this. How hard is it every morning just to fill the iced Latte machine? I hate going inside, grabbing a cup, filling it with ice, only to see the machine is empty AGAIN and having to throw out the ice and the perfectly good cup every time that happens and then leave the store.

This would have been a better feedback but when the cashier is not wearing a mask during a mask mandate would be lucky if I go back to that location again.

Used to be a really nice place to go to. Thre employees WERE good, nice people. In the last year the place has fallen apart. Trash employees with terrible attitudes, no respect from customers to one another even in the damn parking lot. Just a shame that this convenience store, that I've frequented for almost a decade, is in such bad shape. Laura, where did you go? Bobbie and Tom got out while the getting was good....

The store was clean and well-stocked and the clerk was friendly and efficient.

Nice experience today with the cashier. She was very polite and patient with me and had a short conversation while cashing out. This location is very convenient for that shopping area and tends to get very busy so it was refreshing to not feel rushed.

Walk in again no Mocha, seriously who ever does truck in this store is lazy and unable to handle taking an order to add inventory to the store which will of course add revenue and profit.
People need thier coffee in the morning all stores should be required to be more like Niagara Falls Blvd and Ruie. hardly ever out of supplies always on the ready. Stokes is also a must!! How you going to run coffee and have no Expresso shots embarrassing!
This 82nd and NF Blvd store is lazily ran and needs new management, someone who will not turn product away but take on the challenge to make sure customers are properly taken care of.

You're better off going to the store a few blocks down the street.
Based on the other reviews obviously the store doesn't care, I entered there this morning cashier had a mask but it was around her chin, manager had no mask, vendor filling potato chips had no mask and they were all talking loudly at each other.
