I told them I had a coupon at the speaker, then gave them the coupon. Never did they apply it. Fries were barely warm, forgot my side of cheddar... Glad they START at $15.00 an hour.

Went here on a few occasions for a quick meal for me and the family all employees have been very professional minus one lady the older white lady with blond hair and glasses is always very rude tonight we were over charged and the girl at the window asked her why and she proceeded to roll her eyes and tell her not to worry about it, im sorry but if you dont like working in a customer service oriented job GTFO and go do something else thanks

We were allowed to eat in but there were no trees, the tables weren't wiped off, the condiment area had no little cups to put ketchup or Arby's sauce in. I was waiting for this place to reopen after the covid lockdowns because I love the Arby's sandwich but I was disappointed. That is supposed to say no trays. The microphone is terrible

We dine in on a Saturday afternoon. It was clean and small but we served quickly. More expensive then your average fast food restaurants.

Walked inside, was not crowded. A few people eating inside, well spaced. Young guy took our order, was polite & read back order to double check. Wait time for food was maybe 10 minutes. So food was made fresh. Special was 2 for $6 mix/match Classic roast beef or beef & cheddar. Crinkle fries jalapeno poppers. Extra side of sauce was .50 to .75 ¢ that was the only negative. Sometimes you have to wait in line a little longer than you want to but their food is definitely way better than McDonald's and Burger King for the most part
